Luigi Maldera (born January 19, 1946 in Corato) is a retired Italian professional football player and coach.

He played 5 seasons (92 games, 4 goals) in the Serie A for Hellas Verona F.C., A.C. Milan and F.C. Catanzaro.

His younger brothers Attilio Maldera and Aldo Maldera played football professionally. To distinguish them, Luigi was referred to as Maldera I, Attilio as Maldera II and Aldo as Maldera III.
