Lucas Cesar Lima Silveira (born December 1, 1983) is a Brazilian musician. He is lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist and main-songwriter for the Brazilian Rock band Fresno.

Since 2001 already with his band released four studio albums (Quarto dos Livros, O Rio, A Cidade, A Árvore, Ciano, Redenção), one EP album (O Acaso do Erro) and two DVDs (MTV Ao Vivo 5 Bandas de Rock, O Outro Lado Da Porta), and most recently the fifth studio album by his band, titled Revanche.
