LoveSac

LoveSac is an American furniture retailer, specializing in beanbag chairs and modular furniture.

The company was created by Shawn D. Nelson, who used to hand-make the chairs and deliver them to other students at the University of Utah.[1] In 2005, Nelson won Fox's Rebel Billionaire reality show.[2]

In January 2006, the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.[3] They left Chapter 11 protection in August 2006.[2]
