Love, Wisconsin Style is the season finale of the fourth season of That '70s Show and the 102nd episode overall. It aired on May 21, 2002.
Plot
The episode begins with an intoxicated Donna and her boyfriend, Casey Kelso, running into Eric and his mom at The Hub. Donna's actions cause Kitty to bring up her degenerate behavior to Reb, Bob, and Joanne. When Bob tries to punish Donna, Donna refuses to acknowledge him, which causes Red to take Donna, Casey, and Bob into the Forman living room (with Eric, Kitty, and Joanne joining in). When Bob announces that he doesn't want Donna and Casey to see each other anymore, Donna objects, but Casey winds up agreeing with Bob, ending his relationship with Donna in the process.
Broken-hearted, Donna eventually meets Eric alone in the basement and says they should be back together and start things over. Eric turns her down, claiming that he doesn't want to be a second choice to Donna. This hurts Donna even more as she leaves. Red and Kitty scold Eric for turning down Donna, claiming that he had been pining over her all year, and that he has nothing in life to be proud of. Their words encourage Eric to go get back together with Donna, but when Eric arrives at her house, Bob and Joanne are unaware of Donna's disappearance. Eric waits on Donna's bed as the episode comes to a close.
In another part of the episode, Jackie is trying to get back together with Kelso, who had just broken up with her in the episode prior to this one. She makes a deal with Kelso stating that he's allowed to kiss anyone he wants once, and the two will start their relationship anew. Kelso kisses Jackie and tries to start over, until she tricks him into proposing to her. While Jackie celebrates her engagement, Kelso makes immediate plans to run away. He runs into Donna, who has decided to move to California to live with her mother; Kelso sees this as an opportunity to escape Jackie, and he and Donna leave together in his van.
During the credits, Kelso is driving through Iowa while trying to cop a feel on Donna's chest. Despite her sleeping, Donna fights off Kelso's advances.
