Louisville Bible College is an accredited, private, co-educational college located in southeast Louisville, Kentucky. It was founded in September 1948. LBC's mission is "to educate preachers and other Christian leaders for Christ's Church."
The College is authorized to grant degrees by the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education.[1]
Accreditation
Louisville Bible College is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the Association for Biblical Higher Education.[2]

Student life
LBC is primarily a commuter campus with student housing available for those beyond a commuting distance.[5]
Students are encouraged to participate in campus life (such as cookouts with administration, faculty & staff and the annual "Christmas at the President's Home") and to cultivate a network of Christian mentors and friends.[6]
Chapel services are held weekly and are considered to be an important part of Student Life. They are developed to meet students' spiritual formation needs.[7]

Board of Regents
The Board of Regents is the governing body of the College. The Board is responsible for hiring the President, setting policy, approving the budget, and advancing the mission of the institution.

The current campus is located at 8211 Restoration Drive in Louisville and consists of the following facilities.
- Ralph L. Records Hall (classrooms, offices, lounge, men's housing)
- Ira M. Boswell Memorial Library (computer lab, Walter W. Steever Restoration Movement Collection)
- Student Union (includes Graduate Center; under renovation to include Prayer Room, Fitness Room, Recreational Area, study area, and offices)
- The Bell House (home of the President)
- Maintenance Building
- Two condominium units (faculty and women's housing)
