Louisiana State Route 57 (LA 57) was a state highway in Louisiana. It spanned 52.34 miles (84.23 km), serving central Louisiana, spanning from Marksville to Jena. It was replaced in part by Louisiana Highway 115 and Louisiana Highway 127.

Route description

"Beginning at Marksville, through Center Point to Alexandria, and also from Center Point through Jena." - 1924 Louisiana Legislative Route Description

LA 57 started at an intersection with LA 5 in Marksville, turning north towards the Moncla Bridge over the Red River. LA 57 crossed the Red River, entering Center Point, where the road split into two segments, LA 57 and LA 57-D. LA 57 continued north towards Buckeye Community, turning northwest to enter Grant Parish.

After it entered Grant Parish, LA 57 crossed the Little River via Walker's Ferry, continuing north toward Jena. LA 57 ended at an intersection with US 84/LA 6/LA 19.
