Route description
From the south, LA 3275 begins at an intersection with Louisville Avenue (US 80). It heads due north to Sterlington Highway (US 165). The road passes behind Monroe's main post office, and connects US 80's business section with the University of Louisiana at Monroe campus, changing to Desoto Street as it crosses US 165.
LA 3275 is a two-lane road for its entire stretch.
