Louisiana Highway 3185 (LA 3185) is a state highway that serves Lafourche and Terrebonne Parishes. It spans a total of 5.3 miles (8.5 km) between Schriever and a point west of Thibodaux.[1]
Route description
From the northwest, LA 3185 begins at a junction with LA 308 (Bayou Road) west of Thibodaux on the north side of Bayou Lafourche. It immediately crosses the bayou and intersects LA 1. Continuing southwest through an area known as Leighton, LA 3185 intersects Louisiana Highway 3107 (Talbot Avenue) and eventually curves to the southeast, briefly touching the southern limit of Thibodaux before crossing from Lafourche Parish into Terrebonne Parish. LA 3185 reaches its southeastern terminus at LA 20 in Schriever, south of Thibodaux.
LA 3185 is a two-lane, undivided highway and is known for most of its length as West Thibodaux Bypass Road.
