Louisiana Highway 1145 (LA 1145) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves West Baton Rouge Parish. It spans 1.41 miles (2.27 km) in a south to north direction.
Route description
LA 1145 is a small, unimportant route linking US 190 and LA 76. It is a rural route, serving no true purpose other than to direct traffic from US 190 onto LA 76. It passes through farmland, with little to no development along the route.
LA 1145 is an undivided, two-lane road for its entire route. Before the 1955 Louisiana Highway renumbering, LA 1145 was known as State Route 1409. It is unique in the fact that, before and after the renumbering, one terminus was always intersecting LA 1; before 1955, the current LA 76 was signed as LA 1.
Major intersections
The entire highway is in West Baton Rouge Parish.
