Louisiana Highway 1078 (LA 1078) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves St. Tammany Parish. It spans 6.3 miles (10.1 km) in a west to east direction.
Route description
From the west, LA 1078 begins from an intersection with LA 1077 just west of where it crosses the Tchefuncte River. The intersection is unusual in that all three legs of it carry LA 1077. LA 1077 and LA 1078 both travel east for 1.1 miles (1.8 km) before the two highways split at Savannah Road. LA 1078 continues east along Bennett Bridge Road towards its terminus at LA 25 south of Folsom.[1]
LA 1078 is an undivided, two-lane roadway for its entire length.
