Louisiana Highway 1069 is a state highway in Louisiana which serves the town of Franklinton in Washington Parish. The highway spans 0.63 miles (1.01 km) from its southern terminus at Louisiana Highway 436 to its northern terminus at Louisiana Highway 430.
Route description
LA 1069 begins at a four-way intersection with LA 436 and a local road known as Mill Street. It continues northward from the intersection; LA 436 continues southward and eastward, and Mill Street continues westward. LA 1069 is an undivided two-lane urban road locally known as Eleventh Street for its entire length. It also is parallel to LA 25, which is two blocks to the west. The highway's northern terminus is at a four-way intersection with LA 430 and a local road called Bene Street. LA 430 carries the Eleventh Street name north of this intersection.
