Louis George Martin (11 November 1936 – 16 January 2015) was a British weightlifter who was born in Kingston, Jamaica.

At the 1958 Commonwealth Games he represented Jamaica. Two years later he competed for Great Britain in the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy in the middle-heavyweight event where he finished in third place. Four years later in the 1964 Summer Olympics he went one place better winning the silver medal in Tokyo. He won the world title at 90 kilograms four times.[1]
