Louis-Raphaël Bischoffsheim (22 June 1800 – 14 November 1873) was a German banker, from the Bischoffsheim family.[1]
He married Amalie Goldschmidt (1804–1887), daughter of Hayum-Salomon Goldschmidt, and founded Bischoffsheim, Goldschmidt & Cie in Antwerp.[2] It would eventually merge to Banque de Crédit et de Dépôt des Pays-Bas in 1863.
