Lot D1, KLCC

Lot D1 is an undeveloped parcel of land located in the vicinity of KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, and owned by KLCC Properties Holdings Berhad (KLCCP). The land covers 5,726 square meters (1.5 acres) and is located in front of the Mandarin Oriental hotel and adjacent to Lot C, KLCC or Menara Carigali, which was completed in 2011.[1][2][3] Lot D1 development plan, which is currently in the planning stage, is expected to be finalized during the 2009-2010 timeframe, although an underground tunnel link to Lot C (Menara Carigali) will be constructed first as part of the latter’s ongoing development project.[4][5]

Development work on Lot D1, which currently serves as an open-air car parking lot, is only expected to commence after the completion of Lot C construction in 2011.
