Loring's Rat (Thallomys loringi) is a species of rodent in the family Muridae. It is found in Kenya and Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, dry savanna, and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.
The species is named for John Alden Loring.[1]
