London 3 North East is an English rugby union league at the eighth level of club rugby union in England. Promoted clubs move into London 2 North East. Relegated teams tend to drop to either Essex Canterbury Jack 1 or Eastern Counties 1 depending on geographical location, with new teams also coming from these leagues.
