Loncin Holdings, Ltd is a large company in Chongqing, China that distributes throughout the world.[1] It is perhaps best known for its Loncin brand of motorcycle and ATVs produced by its subsidiary Longxin Motorcycle Industry Co., Ltd.

Longxin Motorcycle Industry Co., Ltd

This subsidiary produces motorcycles, motorcycle engines, universal gasoline engine, ATV all-terrain vehicles, parts and components. The company operates production, distribution and marketing facilities in Chongqing, Zhejiang and Guangdong. It has annual production capacity of 2,500,000 motorcycles, 3,000,000 motorcycle engines, and All-terrain Vehicle (ATV) production capacity of 150,000. For motorcycles, motorcycle engines, universal gasoline engines the company is in the top ranks of the forefront of production and sales, exports for three consecutive years, ranking first industry-wide.[2]

Real estate operations

Loncin Group also operates real estate enterprises and falls under the Department of Real Estate "Top 100 Chinese real estate enterprises" in 2008. Projects include gardens, high-level, villas, hotels and other property types. In 2003, the company introduced the "Chun-Yi", "Longxin" series of high-quality residential districts. Real estate sales have totaled more than 200 million square meters.[3]
