Lokikere is a village in the southern state of Karnataka, India.[1][2] It is located in the Davanagere taluk of Davanagere district in Karnataka.
Demographics
As of 2001 India census, Lokikere had a population of 5805 with 2971 males and 2834 females.[1] Lokikere is famous for the agriculture, the people grow rice, sugarcane etc. . After the temple of hanuman in Shamanur, Lokikere is also having a hanuman temple, which is said that it is the protector of the village.
