Ložišća Village, Brač Island, Croatia
Ložišća is a small settlement on the west parts of the Croatian island of Brač, population 139 (2011).[1] It is built on a steep hillside, and has a view of the ocean. The center of the town is an old church dedicated to Saint Blaise, the patron saint of Dalmatia. One of the unique features of the church is a large, intricately carved, white marble cross in the courtyard.
