Live and Loud is a live video released by American grunge band Nirvana in September 2013. It was released as part of the 20th anniversary of the band's third and final studio album, In Utero.
It showcases the entirety of the band's December 1993 live performance at Pier 48, Seattle which was recorded by MTV for "Live and Loud".[3] The DVD also contains bonus footage from other performances from the In Utero tour.
The show in its entirety was previously unreleased although a shorter version had been previously broadcast on MTV,[4] and the audio of the song "Scentless Apprentice" appeared on the live compilation album From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah in 1996. As well as the standalone DVD release, a DVD and audio CD version of the show are available packaged together as part the limited edition Super Deluxe box set reissue of the In Utero album.[5]
