Liu Ying (simplified Chinese: 刘英; traditional Chinese: 劉英; pinyin: Liú Yīng; born June 11, 1974) is a female Chinese football (soccer) player who competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics and in the 2000 Summer Olympics.

In 1996 she won the silver medal with the Chinese team. She played three matches including the final. She played with the 1999 women's world cup team that lost to the US. She was subbed in at the end of extra time for PK's but had hers saved by Briana Scurry. One year later she was a member of the Chinese team which finished fifth in the women's tournament. She played all three matches.
