Zulueta, LeoLeo Zulueta b. 1952 Filipino American Known as "the father of modern tribal tattooing."[6][11] Zulueta championed the all-black tattooing since he began his career as a tattooist in 1981, earning him the title "the king of black."[6] Featured on TLC's Tattoo Wars with his protégé Rory Keating.[12]
