This is a checklist of American Reptiles found north from Mexico, based mainly on SSAR publication.[1][2] It includes all species of the USA and Canada. Subspecies are listed only in few cases. The information about range and status of almost all of these species can be found also for example in the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species site.[3]
