List of islands of Tasmania
This is a list of islands of Tasmania. The Tasmanian mainland itself is an island, with an area of 64,103 km2 (24,750 sq mi)[1] - 94.1% of the total land area of the state of Tasmania. The 11 next largest islands have a combined area of 3,826 km2 (1,477 sq mi), for a cumulative total of 99.75% of the state. Over 300 smaller islands[2] make up the remaining 173 km2 (67 sq mi) of total land area.
