Gensokyo Highly Responsive to Prayers (1996) Isolated, supernatural Japanese village that forms the setting for the Touhou Project; a series of dōjin soft hobby games
Glorantha RuneQuest (1978) Setting for several fantasy RPGs, including RuneQuest, Hero Wars and HeroQuest. Created by Greg Stafford and inspired by the works of Robert E. Howard.

Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40,000 settings Warhammer Fantasy Battle (1983) Settings for the Warhammer series of tabletop wargames created by Games Workshop, including Warhammer Fantasy' (high fantasy setting) and Warhammer 40,000 (space opera setting)
