County Route 103 is a 1.53-mile (2.46 km) highway in the town of Orchard Park. Known locally as Webster Road, CR 103 is the designation for two discontinuous roadways in the northern part of the town separated by US 20, whose arterial occupies the right-of-way of CR 103 for approximately 0.75 miles (1.21 km).

Western section

The short western section begins at CR 4 near the western town line. The highway proceeds east through a residential neighborhood, crossing the south branch of Smoke Creek. After a short distance, the western section terminates at CR 461 immediately north of US 20.

Eastern section

The longer eastern section begins as a one-way ramp departing US 20 immediately east of US 219. Within a short distance, the ramp intersects a residential street and reverts to a two-lane highway. At approximately 0.2 miles (0.32 km), Breem Street is intersected, which provides access from westbound CR 103 to US 20 and US 219. The highway proceeds east through a lightly developed residential area, terminating at NY 240 and NY 277 north of the town's center.

CR 105 begins at an intersection with CR 341 in a residential section of town. Progressing eastward, the highway proceeds through a wooded area, its only intermediate intersection being with a private road near the halfway point. The highway runs along the southern edge of an abandoned quarry, terminating at CR 139, which runs along the quarry's eastern edge.
