Continuing north through light residential development, the highway enters Cheektowaga, intersecting CR 321 a short distance north of the town line. As the highway proceeds northward, it intersects CR 21 and CR 523. North of CR 523, CR 322 enters Depew and crosses Cayuga Creek, terminating at an intersection with NY 130 a short distance north of the creek.

County Route 324 is a 2.30-mile (3.70 km) highway in the towns of Amherst and Cheektowaga. Known locally as Aero Drive, CR 324 connects CR 290 in the town of Amherst to NY 78 on Cheektowaga's eastern border.
CR 324 begins in the town of Amherst at an intersection with CR 290 located in a small strip of land separating Buffalo Niagara International Airport from I-90 and the New York State Thruway. CR 324 proceeds southeast and after a short distance enters both the town of Cheektowaga and simultaneously briefly passes through a corner of the village of Williamsville in a small area of the village located in Cheektowaga, hugging the northern border of airport property, intersecting CR 554 after a short distance at a roundabout, constructed in 2011. Immediately south of CR 554, the highway enters a tunnel that runs under one of the airport's runways. After the tunnel, the highway runs along the eastern border of the airport, intersecting CR 539 near a long-term airport parking lot at another roundabout, also constructed in 2011. At CR 539, CR 324 makes a sharp turn to the east, crossing Ellicott Creek shortly afterward. The remaining distance to the eastern terminus at NY 78 traverses an open area of land, once used as a hazardous waste disposal site. The highway ends at NY 78, just south of that highway's junction with I-90 at New York State Thruway exit 49.

CR 335 begins at an intersection with CR 330, just east of the Elma–Marilla town line. The highway proceeds north, soon shifting its position to run along the town line. After traveling through a relatively unpopulated area, CR 335 intersects NY 354. North of NY 354, the highway encounters an increased amount of residential properties after crossing into the towns of Alden and Lancaster, with the highway now running along the line between those two towns. Approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km) into Alden and Lancaster, CR 335 enters the hamlet of Town Line. Within the hamlet, US 20 is intersected. North of the hamlet, the highway passes light residential development that gives way to light industrial properties as it nears its intersection with Walden Avenue, still on the Alden–Lancaster town line. North of Walden Avenue, CR 335 makes a slight bend to the east, deviating into Alden as it approaches its terminus at NY 33.

The highway soon enters Elma, intersecting CR 574 a short distance north of the town line. In Elma, CR 336 generally descends from the Allegheny Plateau, with a series of long downgrades as one travels north. CR 330 is intersected near Iroquois High School of the Iroquois Central School District, with that highway providing access to the hamlets of Elma and Marilla. County Route 350 is a 1.73-mile (2.78 km) highway in the town of Lancaster. Known locally as Stony Road, CR 350 connects Walden Avenue (unsigned NY 952Q) and NY 33.
CR 350 begins at an intersection with Walden Avenue. The highway proceeds northward, passing through a swampy residential area before intersecting CR 161. North of CR 161, the highway crosses Ellicott Creek a small distance above the water's surface. This section of CR 350 often floods during inclement weather, often prompting closure of the highway and creating noticeable water damage on the road surface. The highway crosses many small creeks, terminating at NY 33 as it exists the wetland area.
