CA Technologies (formerly known as Computer Associates), is a multinational computer software corporation that develops and markets information technology (IT) management software. CA has a long history of acquisitions in the software industry. Each acquisition is for the respective company in its entirety, unless otherwise specified. The acquisition date listed is the date of the agreement between CA and the subject of the acquisition. The value of each acquisition is listed in US dollars because CA is headquartered in the United States. If the value of an acquisition is not listed, then it is undisclosed.
