Jimmy Issac first appeared in late March as the estranged father of Kane Jenkins.
Jimmy is portrayed by Joel Tobeck. It is Tobeck's second role on the show, having previously portrayed Craig Develter in 1995-96.[3]

Pixie Hannah first appeared in late March, and is the younger sister of Jack Hannah. A talented football player, she met fellow football player Harry Warner at a training session, and the two soon became friends. Pixie repeatedly had problems with her right knee, but avoided medical attention because her family could not afford it. After collapsing during practice, she is taken to Shortland Street where an x-ray revealed a growth in her knee. The subsequent biopsy found the growth to be a malignant tumour.
Pixie is portrayed by Thomasin McKenzie.[4][5]
