Career achievements
Hockey Hall of Fame
In the Hockey Hall of Fame, the Canadiens boast the most enshrined Hall-of-Famers with 65. All of their inductees are from Canada with the exceptions of former Defencemen Joe Hall (United Kingdom) and Chris Chelios (United States). 36 of these players are from three separate notable dynasties: twelve from 1955–1960, eleven from 1964–1969 and thirteen from 1975–1979. Howie Morenz and Georges Vezina were the first Canadiens given the honor in 1945, while Pat Burns was the most recent inductee in 2014.

Lester Patrick Trophy
The Lester Patrick Trophy is given to "Personnel who provide outstanding service to hockey in the United States." While presented by the National Hockey League, as well as USA Hockey, it is considered a non-NHL trophy because it may be awarded to players, coaches, officials, and other personnel outside the NHL.
