Series 3 (2004)

Series Three was broadcast between 18 June 2004 and 21 December 2004, with a total of ten episodes, including a Christmas-themed broadcast. "Avid Merrion's Christmas Premiere" featured Avid showing viewers behind the scenes at the recording of his second Christmas single I Got You Babe, with guest appearances from Davina McCall and Patsy Kensit, with the episode ending with a worldwide premiere of the video. DVD Extras for the series include Commentary, Bo'Hind The Scenes Documentary, Photo Gallery, Deleted Scenes, Blooper Reel, Trailers, and The Best Bits of four characters – Sting, Nadine, Ozzy & Big Brother.

Series 4: A Bear's Tail (2004–05)

Series Four was broadcast between 21 December 2004 and 12 August 2005, with a total of seven episodes. The series was sub-titled "A Bear's Tail", and focused entirely on The Bear, showing the events following the decision to move out of his treehouse and find himself a family. The series also featured appearances from Keith Lemon, Avid Merrion and several rubber-mask impressions. The series was unsuccessful, so for the fifth series, the original format was re-introduced. DVD Extras for the series include a Music Video, Conceptual Art, Deleted Scenes, Trailer, Outtakes, Lemony Snippets, Movie Quiz, and a Bear-hind The Scenes documentary. A limited edition version of the DVD release came in furry bear packaging.

Series 5: Bo! in the USA (2005–06)

Series 5 was broadcast between 24 December 2005 and 17 November 2006, with a total of seven episodes. The series was subtitled "Bo! In The USA", and focused on Avid, and his wife Sacha, moving to America and running a hotel. It was the last series using the original format of the programme, despite being set in a different country and using some new characters. "Avid Merrion's Christmas Special" was a special Christmas-themed episode of the series, which begins the storyline, showing Avid and the rest of his celebrity friends leaving Britain for a new life in America. DVD Extras for the series include The Making of Bo! in the USA, Gag Reel, Bo! Interviews, 1984: The Lemon Years, a featurette featuring Keith Lemon, Trailers, Music Video, Commentary, and an Easter Egg.

Specials (2009)

Two specials were broadcast on 24 September 2009 and 18 December 2009, respectively. The first was dedicated to the memory of Michael Jackson and featured appearances from all of the show's previous characters, plus two new never-before seen impressions. The second was a compilation episode featuring The Bear counting down his top twenty all-time favourite Christmas-related music videos. The episode features both of Merrion's Christmas-related videos – "Proper Crimbo" and "I Got You Babe". The first special was released on DVD, with extras including Commentary, Extended Scenes and Deleted Scenes, however, the second special was not.
