Liopeltis is a genus of colubrid snakes. With species known from India and Southeast Asia.[1]
Species
- L. tricolor[2] is the most widely distributed species in the genus, being found in Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

- L. herminae, formerly Opeodrys herminae was assigned to this genus in 1981 by Cundall.[3]
Species removed from the genus
Gongylosoma nicobariensis, formerly assigned to this genus as L. nicobariensis, is now more widely considered part of the genus Gongylosoma.
