Lines of Stollhofen

The Lines of Stollhofen were a defensive line of entrenchments built by members of the Grand Alliance at the start of the War of the Spanish Succession (17011714) running for about 15 kilometres (10 mi) from Stollhofen on the Rhine to the impenetrable woods on the hills east of Bühl.[1]
