Linda Thomas-Greenfield (b. 1952, in Baker, Louisiana) is a US diplomat who serves as the Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs.[1]
She has also served as Director General of the Foreign Service and Director of Human Resources (2012-2013), Ambassador to Liberia (2008-2012), and Deputy Assistant Secretary, Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (2004-2006).[1][2][3]
