Light Up Gold is the full-length debut by the Brooklyn-based garage rock band, Parquet Courts, following their cassette tape, American Specialties. The album was originally released on August 18, 2012 on the lead frontman A. Savage's label, Dull Tools, but was later released on a larger label, What's Your Rupture? in 2013 to highly positive reviews, with a Metascore of 84/100 on Metacritic.[1]
