Life of Josutty: Oru Autobiography is an upcoming Indian Malayalam family film directed by Jeethu Joseph. The film is scripted by Rajesh Varma and produced by Eros International and Backwater Studios. The film is Eros International's first production in Malayalam. It stars Dileep, Jyothi Krishna, Rachana Narayanankutty, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Sunil Sukhada and Kalabhavan Mani in pivotal roles.[1] The music is scored by Anil Johnson whom Jeethu worked in his last two films Drishyam and Memories.[2]
'Life of Josutty' narrates the story of Josutty (Dileep), a simple farmer living in a village on the high ranges. Josutty has a father, mother and two sisters. It is about Josutty's life from the age 8 to 38.[3] The film has locations in Idukki and New Zealand. It is distributed worldwide by Eros International, which is scheduled to release on Onam, 2015.[2]

Production
The film will join Jeethu and Dileep the second time after the popular film My Boss. The shoot started on January 2, 2015 in Kattappana, Idukki.[4] The first schedule is being shot in the locations of Idukki, Kattappana, and Thodupuzha. The second schedule will be shot in New Zealand. According to Jeethu, the movie will be a family entertainer without any twists and turns. 'Life of Josutty' is the simple story of an innocent man. Pranav Mohanlal works as an assistant director for the first time in Malayalam and second time with Jeethu after Papanasam in Tamil, which was his first film as an assistant.[3]
Indian film studio and entertainment company Eros International Media Ltd marks its foray into the Malayalam market with 'Life of Josutty'. Soundarya A.
