History & General Timeline

The company was founded in 1978 as Lieberman & Associates, a software consultancy. In response to customer requests for solutions to problems in the Windows market, the company began developing management tools to address the needs of IT administrators. Based on the response to these tools, the company released its first systems management product in 1994 and changed its name to Lieberman Software Corporation in 2004.
