Leslie Waters (born August 24, 1947) in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Waters was a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida. She received her Bachelor's degree from the Florida State University in 1969, and her Masters from FSU as well in 1970. She lives in Seminole, Florida with her husband.
