Leslie Kalai (born 1984) is a Papua New Guinean footballer who is a goalkeeper. He plays on both the domestic and international levels, for Hekari United and Papua New Guinea, respectively. He was selected to the Papua New Guinean 2012 OFC Nations Cup roster,[2] where his side finished last in their seeding group, recording 3 losses and no wins. He was transferred to Hekari United in January 2011, on a free transfer. He has appeared in 13 matches for the Papua New Guinea national squad, conceding 14 goals. His given transfer value is €100,000. As far in his career, he has appeared in 3 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, a 1-1 draw with Fiji, a 1-2 defeat at the hands of New Zealand, and 1-0 defeat to the Solomon Islands.[3]
