Leskensky District (Russian: Лескенский райо́н; Kabardian: Лэскӏэн къедзыгъуэ; Karachay-Balkar: Лескен район) is an administrative[1] and a municipal[2] district (raion), one of the ten in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the republic. The area of the district is 523.06 square kilometers (201.95 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Anzorey.[1] Population: 27,840(2010 Census).[3] The population of Anzorey accounts for 23.5% of the district's total population.[3]

The district was established in 2003.
