Leoncio Lara “Bon” Ricardo Jacob (best known as Leoncio Lara 'Bon') is a Mexican composer and former rock band member. He best known for his scores in Mexican motion pictures.[1] His notable works include Top Cat: The Movie, La Leyenda de La Llorona, El Americano: The Movie, and Rudo y Cursi. He was a member and principal songwriter of his former band, Bon y los Enemigos del Silencio.[1]

Leoncio Lara was raised and born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico.[1]

Career

Lara began his career in 1992 with the film Marea Suave.[1]
