Leonard Bond Chapman House is an historic house in Portland, Maine. Located in the Rosemont neighborhood, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.[2] It was built between 1866 and 1868. It is a prominent example of Italianate architecture and was the home of Leonard Bond Chapman, who was a nurseryman, newspaper editor and historian of Portland.[3]
