Lennart Strandberg

Lennart Strandberg (26 March 1915 23 December 1989) was a Swedish athlete, who competed mainly in the 100 metres at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin. Lennart Stranberg finished sixth in the 100m at the Berlin Olympics. He was in 3rd place behind Jesse Owens and Ralph Metcalfe of the US, but his thigh burst 20 yards before the finish and started to slow down the limp.[1]
