Lenka Cenková (born January 24, 1977, Třinec) is a former professional Czech tennis player. Her career highlights where years 1996 and 1997. She quit tennis in 2001.

Singles

In 1996 she achieved her best WTA Tour result by reaching the semi-finals at the ECM Prague Open held at Karlovy Vary that year. She lost the semi-finals match to Patty Schnyder 7–5 6–7 6–7. She also reached the quarter-finals at the 1996 Meta Styrian Open held at Maria Lankowitz in Austria after beating the No. 2 seed Judith Wiesner in the first round. She eventually lost the quarter finals to Italian Sandra Cecchini 3–6 7–5 2–6.

1997 Cenková played in her first Grand Slam singles draws at the Australian Open and the French Open exiting in the first round of both after losses to Meilen Tu and Brenda Schultz-McCarthy. She did however reach the quarter-finals at the Moorilla Hobart International tournament in Australia, after wins over Barbara Rittner and Florencia Labat. She succumbed to Dominique Van Roost in the quarter final in straight sets. Van Roost eventually went on to win the tournament.

She also played at the DFS Classic in Birmingham in 1997 but lost in the second round to Magdalena Maleeva.

Doubles

She managed to reach a WTA Tour doubles final at the 1996 Meta Styrian Open with Kateřina Kroupová. She also reached the 2nd round in the 1996 US open.
