Lee Rausch is a former drummer who played with several thrash metal bands based in California from 1983 to 1987.
Career
Megadeth
Lee's career began in 1983 as Dave Mustaine former guitarist Metallica formed his own band called Megadeth. After trying several drummer Lee Rausch was finally engaged and Megadeth gets its first real line-up of Megadeth, which thus consists of 'Lee Rausch' Dave Mustaine, David Ellefson and Kerry King. In 1984, Megadeth is recorded its first demo Last Rites consists of 3 titles . But in the same year Lee was removed from the group. He was replaced by Gar Samuelson and in 1985 the group will record his first album.
Dark Angel and Wargod
In 1984, following his ouster was Megadeth, he played some time for another group in the region, the group Dark Angel, but it was quickly replaced by a Gene Hoglan.
In 1986, he joined the group of singer Michelle Meldrum Wargod, it replaces Gene Hoglan part in Dark Angel. With Wargod he recorded a demo that year , but the group split in 1987. Since Lee Rausch was no longer part of a group and stopped his musical career.
