Leaning House was an independent, Dallas, Texas based jazz label. It was founded by Mark Elliott and Keith Foerster and existed from 1994 until 1999. The label was formed to "provide a voice for under-recognized artists in the South."[1] and throughout the latter half of the 90's released recordings by such Texas jazz artists as Marchel Ivery, Earl Harvin, Shelley Carrol, Fred Sanders, Donald Edwards and Wessell Anderson.
