The League against Usury (Romanian: Liga Contra Cametei, LCC) was a political party in Romania.

History

The party was formed in 1930 by peasant farmers protesting against high interest rates.[1]

In the 1931 general elections the party ran in an alliance with the Democratic Peasants' Party–Stere. The alliance received 2.8% of the vote, winning six seats in the Chamber of Deputies. The LCC took one seat and the PTD–Stere took five.[2] The party did not contest any further elections.[3]
