Lazăr Comănescu (born June 6, 1949, in Horezu, Vâlcea County) is a Romanian diplomat. He was the Foreign Minister of Romania from April 15, 2008 until December 22, 2008.[1][2] He was named Romania's ambassador to Germany in 2009.[3]
