Lawrence Cove
Lawrence Cove is a sheltered inlet on the north side of Bere Island, West Cork, Ireland, just to the west of the main village of Rerrin.
One of Bere Island's ferry services operates from there. It is also the location of a yachting marina run by the Harrington family.
Lawrence Cove Marina is the only marina between Kinsale and Dingle. It is a family-run private marina. It is protected in all weathers and is an ideal place to leave your boat. It provides a winter storage facility on shore and afloat. There is also a craft shop at the marina. The marina is within walking distance of Rerrin village which is home to a pub, and a local shop which includes a post office and a café, with bike hire also available. Accommodation is also available locally.
Bere Island is one of the 7 inhabited islands off the West Cork coastline.
