Lauren Nourse (born 10 August 1982 in Loxton, Australia) is an Australian netball player, who plays for the Australian national netball team.

The dynamic wing-attack first rose to prominence in 2003, when she made her debut in the Australian National Netball League for the AIS Canberra Darters. Nourse's talent blossomed under coach Norma Plummer, and the talented youngster was named in the Australian open squad for the 2004 season.

After leaving the AIS, Nourse went on to join the struggling Queensland Firebirds, where she failed to reach the heights she had in the previous season. The Firebirds were competition cellar-dwellers in 2004 and 2005, until former Australian great, Vicki Wilson, took over the coaching of the side in 2006, and turned their fortunes around remarkably, leading them to the finals for the first ever time. This also turned Nourse's career around, as she was re-selected for the Australian squad at the end of 2006.

Nourse was called into the Australian open team in July 2007, as a replacement for injured defender Mo'onia Gerrard. She made her debut against New Zealand on 21 July 2007, and performed admirably. This performance was enough to see her retained in the Australian team for the 2007 World Championships, which Australia successfully reclaimed in November 2007.

Nourse currently plays with the Queensland Firebirds in the ANZ Championship, which replaced the Commonwealth Bank Trophy after 2007.
